Information

This machine is mainly used to cut steel plates with a thickness of 0.5-8 and a width of not more than 3200mm. The strength of the sheared sheet is calculated based on 450N/mm2. This machine adopts steel plate welding structure, hydraulic transmission, return stroke of animal energy device, stable and reliable operation, small size, light weight, good rigidity and low noise.

It is quick and convenient to adjust the gap of the cutting edge. The machine is equipped with front support and back stop. The back gauge adopts bevel gear mechanical transmission, which is convenient and reliable to adjust. The front supporting material is positioned by a ruler counting block. In addition, it is equipped with light alignment, which is convenient for marking and cutting of the sheet. This machine can steplessly adjust the stroke of the upper tool post (time relay) to improve the efficiency of cutting narrow sheets.    Brief introduction of machine tool structure

Frame part

The frame-shaped structure welded by steel plates has good rigidity. The two oil cylinders are fixed on the tops of the two uprights, and the workbench is welded to the uprights. The lower blade is installed on the worktable and can be adjusted in small amounts to make the blade gap uniform.

Upper knife holder

It is a steel plate welded structure with good rigidity. Its front and rear rollers are the fulcrums, which are driven by the left and right oil cylinders to reciprocate up and down to complete the shearing. The use of three-point rolling guides eliminates the gap between the guides and improves the cutting quality. Rectangular blade, all four cutting edges can be used, long service life. The upper tool rest adopts an inwardly inclined structure, which is convenient for blanking and can improve the accuracy of work. The cutting angle of the upper tool post can be adjusted to reduce the distortion and deformation of the sheet material. The left knife edge clearance is indicated; the front and rear guide rails and rollers are all made of alloy steel forging.

   Pressing device

   It is composed of a plurality of material pressing oil cylinders installed on the support plate in front of the frame. After the material pressing oil cylinder enters the oil, the pressing head presses down after overcoming the pulling force of the tension spring to compress the sheet material. After the shearing is completed, The tension of the tension spring is reset.

   The size of the pressing force increases with the increase of the thickness of the sheared sheet.

Blocking mechanism

Front gauge: It is composed of a front gauge frame, a ruler, and a left limit baffle.

Back gauge: Installed under the horizontal plate of the upper tool post, and move up and down with the upper tool post. The adjustment of the back gauge is driven by a motor and driven by a screw. It controls its moving distance and has a front and rear soft limit installation system. When the motor cannot reach the required size, it can be manually adjusted to ensure the required adjustment value. Therefore, the adjustment of the backgauge is convenient and reliable.

Machine tool hydraulic system

This machine adopts hydraulic transmission, and its hydraulic system is mainly composed of axial plunger pump, straight-through one-way valve, system overflow valve, electromagnetic reversing valve and animal energy device. The system is reasonable and the action is stable and reliable.

After the motor is started, it rotates in the direction of the marked arrow, (when all solenoid valves are not working), it drives the axial plunger pump to enter the valve plate and solenoid valve through the oil suction pipe and return to the oil tank.

The pressure used by the system is supplied by the axial plunger pump. The maximum working pressure of the system is 20Mpa, which is adjusted by the overflow valve. All hydraulic valves have been adjusted before leaving the factory. Under normal circumstances, the user does not need to adjust again. The hydraulic valve is selected. Tiancheng hydraulic valve, all seals are selected from Japan Valqua, the pipeline layout is simple, the leakage is less, and the maintenance and debugging are convenient.

Machine Tool Electrical System

This machine uses 50HZ, 380V AC power supply, and the transformer outputs 24V voltage to control the main circuit, electromagnetic overflow valve, indicator light and buttons. The electrical box of the machine is located on the left side of the machine tool, and the control button is installed in the front of the machine for easy operation. The foot switch SA3 lead wire is led out from the electrical box. This machine can be switched by the knob to have single, continuous and jog functions. The machine also has cutting length adjustment, turning the knob, and the external knob of the time relay, which can adjust the cutting length, turn the rotary switch SA2, turn on the alignment lamp, move the cut sheet, and draw the processing line of the sheet Coinciding with the projection of the cutting edge of the machine, the desired result can be obtained by cutting. The electrical components are Schneider. The main circuit has corresponding overload and short circuit protection functions, safe and reliable, and easy to maintain.
